production and auxiliary structures are located on over 34h area. The plant is divided into multiple Departments. The Sawmill Department possesses a mechanized and computerized line for manipulation and sorting of timber, two lines for large diameter wood and one for middle diameter, Stacking, stapling and sorting house and dryers allowing to dry up to 8000 m3 of sawn timber per month. Fully automatic boiler room with power output equal to 14MW burns only the biomass created in wood processing.
Furniture Department composes of a couple of halls, where on efficient modern machines we produce both furniture and furniture elements made of solid wood, garden program, glue boards and EUR pallets. All wood wastes are valuable products used to create a new ecological fuel – wood briquettes.
The Mechanical Department got a great potential for its disposal. It secures proper maintenance and exploitation of the whole machine park and infrastructure, makes repairs, prepares the tools and even constructs devices and machines for company’s needs.
Quality Department is vigilant over our quality system and final product control. We have a valid FSC Chain-of-Custody certificate. We saw only certified raw material bought from National Forestry. We have created good work and rest conditions for our staff of over five hundred people. Not so long ago a part of our office building was rebuild info flats in which, in very good condition, our so necessary employees, particularly university graduates, are accommodated.
We undertake many actions – and we devote considerable financial means – to decrease even more our limited negative influence on the environment. The production plant got considerable storing capabilities and can load or unload up to ten transportation units simultaneously additionally we have a two-track railway siding. Continuous improvement of quality and the effectiveness of our work, large investments into development and starting of production of new products (in last years we appropriated funds into investments equal to 30 million of PLN and we still have further plans for developing and means of financing them) create great conditions of fast careers for young, talented and educated employees, on whom we base the future of our firm.
